Every sparQ client pays $299/month. Here's how that breaks down:

No caps, no declining percentages, no surprises. The same $99/client whether you have 1 client or 100.

Income Milestones

The $100K Shortcut

Commission income is just one revenue stream. Most successful Specialists earn additional income through services that complement sparQ deployments:

• Setup fees — Charge clients a one-time setup fee ($500–$2,000) for initial configuration, data migration, and onboarding.
• Monthly retainers — Offer ongoing configuration and optimization as a managed service alongside sparQ's subscription.
• Training sessions — Provide paid training for client staff on sparQ features and workflows.
• Custom configuration — Build custom workflows, reports, and integrations as a premium service.

These add-on services are entirely between you and your client. sparQ takes no cut of your service revenue.

Payout Schedule

If your monthly commission is below $50, it rolls to the next month automatically.

What Happens When a Client Cancels

• Your commission for that client stops in the month they cancel.
• There is no clawback on previously paid commissions — what you've earned is yours.
• Exception: if a client cancels within 30 days of activation, the activation-month commission is reversed.
• You'll receive an email alert when a client hasn't logged in for 14+ days, so you can re-engage them proactively.

T3 Trainer Override

Platinum-tier Specialists can qualify for the T3 (Train the Trainer) program. As a T3 Specialist, you mentor newer Specialists and earn an additional $15/month for every active client across your mentees' portfolios.

If you mentor 5 Specialists who each have 20 clients, that's an extra $1,500/month in override income on top of your own direct commissions.
